By popular demand, the Evoo Restaurant returns this February as part of Mindil Moments. This limited-time dining experience brings back a guest favourite, thoughtfully reimagined to celebrate elevated flavours and memorable moments.

Designed as a six-course dining experience with paired beverages, each course unfolds in sequence to create a seamless journey of flavour. Carefully curated and intentionally paced, the Evoo Restaurant offers an evening where food, atmosphere, and experience come together.

$210 per person | Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
